Questions we hear
every week.

Yes, of course. As a complete beginner you'll need to start with a number of Fundamentals classes (around 6) before moving into Mixed Level classes. Alternatively, if you'd like to do a 1:1 first, you can book this via the "Appointment" tab on our live schedule.
Most people come 1–2 times a week.
Anything you're comfortable moving in — leggings or bike shorts and a fitted top. Grippy socks are recommended for reformer classes; buy a pair from us for £12 if you don't have any.
No. There will be some stretching in the class, but the main aim of Pilates is to strengthen muscle groups.
24 hours' notice is required for a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours and your space gets filled, this will be refunded.
Yes — click "Add to waitlist" if you're a member or pack holder. If a space becomes available more than 24 hours before the class starts, you'll be automatically booked onto the class. If it's within 24 hours of the class starting, you'll receive an email inviting you to book on.
Usually, yes. Let us know when you book so your instructor can plan modifications in advance. For anything post-surgical or acute, we'd recommend starting with a private session first — your instructor can then advise whether group classes are suitable, and which would be best for you.
Our 10-class pack is valid for 4 months from purchase. Memberships renew automatically every 4 weeks and can be paused (frozen) or cancelled per the membership terms.
Yes — there's a large parking area which is free to use.
We're at Shed 2, Field Meadow, Hampton Bishop, Hereford, HR1 4JP. Put "AnyBody Clinic" into your maps app rather than just the postcode — the postcode alone can sometimes take you to a farm down the road.
If you're travelling from Hereford town centre, take the first right after you enter the 60mph zone — you'll see a sign for Camperdown Lane coffee shop and the dog barn. Drive down the lane and keep going past the first parking area you see (that one's for the coffee shop). Follow the signs for overflow parking; you'll have "The Sheds" buildings on your left — take the first left after these and you'll see a big car park.
Once parked, walk back towards the buildings you drove past. You'll come through a wooden archway and along the walkway — AnyBody Clinic is on your left at the end.
